Chicken and broccoli with miracle noodles!


4.4 oz chicken thigh, cut into bite size peices
1.5 c chopped broccoli, fresh
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp grated ginger root (i keep it in the freezer, way easy to grate/shred that way and stays usable longer for me)
pinch of red pepper flake
1 package Miracle Noodles


heated my skillet up on just a smidge above medium with abt 1.5 tbs evoo, added in the chicken, let it cook for a couple min, stirring it around. salt and pepper seasoning on it, added in the garlic and ginger and red pepper flake. cooked another couple min. added in the broccoli, cooked about another 5-ish min. drained and rinsed the miracle noodles while that was cooking together and added them into the pan as well. there was just enough water still on the noodles to help make a bit of a sauce in the pan

OMG so good and the whole thing only 379 calories!
